- Then, let kids stick the cotton balls all over it. This step is excellent for developing fine motor skills as kids pinch and place each cotton ball carefully.

Step 3: Make the Sheep’s Face & Legs
- While the glue dries, use white colored pencil to draw a big circle outline of the sheep’s face (use flat and round object to assist in drawing),
- Two small oval outline of the sheep’s ears and
- Two long rectangle outline of the sheep’s legs from the black construction paper.
- Then, cut them out accordingly.

Step 4: Attach the Eyes and Face
- Use white colored pencil to draw a small triangle as the nose on the sheep’s face.
- Glue googly eyes on the sheep’s face,
- Follow by the ears on both left and right side of the sheep’s face.
- Then, glue the sheep’s face near the top of the fluffy cotton balls.

Step 5: Attach the Legs
- Turn the paper plate over and glue the 2 legs along the bottom edge.
- Flip it back and let everything dry.

Step 6: Decorate (Optional)
Encourage kids to use their creativity! They can add a tiny bow by using the ribbon, a smile, or even glitter to give their sheep some extra personality.
